Reported Offenses:
- On February 4, 2026, a 62-year-old Hastings resident reported fraud on Kingston Drive.
Arrests/Citations:
- On February 4, 2026, a 21-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for first degree arson, criminal mischief, and contributing to the delinquency of a child in the 200 block of West 2nd Street.
- On February 4, 2026, a 15-year-old Hastings resident was cited for first degree arson and criminal mischief in the 200 block of West 2nd Street.
- On February 4, 2026, a 15-year-old Hastings resident was cited for burglary and criminal mischief in the 200 block of North Cedar Avenue.
