KEARNEY — Northeast Elementary School is lighting up creativity this winter with a special Blacklight Art Show inspired by the school’s 2024–2025 theme, “Glowing with Possibilities.”
The immersive neon art experience will be open to the public on Tuesday, February 11, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Northeast Elementary.
The idea for the blacklight show has been in the works since last year, when Northeast staff embraced neon as a visual representation of creativity, imagination, and student potential. Under glowing lights, artwork from every Northeast student in grades K–5 will be showcased, giving families and community members a chance to see the talents of all students in a fun and unforgettable way.
February 11 marks a special evening where the doors will be open to the broader community to experience the glowing gallery.
Families, friends, and community members are invited to walk through the school, enjoy the vibrant displays, and celebrate the creativity and hard work of Northeast students.
