GRAND ISLAND – Grand Island police arrested a Grand Island man at 9:34 p.m. March 28 at West Eighth Street and North Eddy Street for fifth-offense DUI.
Officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection. A DUI investigation was conducted, resulting in the arrest of Gerald A. Beyersdorf.
Beyersdorf was arrested for felony fifth-offense DUI, misdemeanor refusal of preliminary breath test, felony refusal of chemical test, and felony driving while license revoked.
