KEARNEY — The Kearney Police Department is investigating the report of a female lying near the railroad tracks on Thursday morning.
The KPD received the call at 9:12 a.m. regarding a female laying beside the railroad tracks near Railroad Street and Central Avenue, per a post on social media.
On scene, officers with the KPD were using a drone to look around the area near the intersection and the railroad.
The KPD advises the public to avoid the area.
