KEARNEY — Kearney Catholic High School is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking for the long-awaited Kearney Catholic Activities Complex, which will take place at Miles Field on Nov. 16 at 9:30 a.m., following the 8:15a.m. school mass at St. James.
The groundbreaking ceremony is a significant milestone in the expansion and development of the school’s athletic facilities. The new Kearney Catholic Activities Complex is set to become a great facility that will benefit students, athletes, and the Kearney community as a whole. The complex will be home to various athletic programs and activities, providing students with enhanced opportunities for physical fitness, teamwork, and skill development.
The complex will include a turf field, an eight-lane competitive track, improved lighting, ADA seating and modern restrooms, making it an ideal venue for a wide range of activities and events.
Members of the media and the public are encouraged to attend this historic event and witness the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Kearney Catholic High School.
