KEARNEY — The City of Kearney announces that on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023 traffic light repair and concrete work will take place at the 39th Street and 6th Avenue intersection.
Westbound traffic on 39th Street will be reduced to the outside lane. East bound traffic may be reduced to the outside lane at times. Work is expected to be completed within two weeks weather permitting.
Due to the often-heavy volume of traffic in the area, motorists are urged to use extreme caution when traveling around the work zone, stay off cell phones, and watch out for equipment and crew members.
