MERRICK COUNTY – A rollover accident occurred Tuesday in Merrick County that resulted in injury.
According to Merrick County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a single vehicle rollover at Highway 30 and 21st Road.
A westbound 2007 Toyota Camry traveling on Highway 30 slid across the center line due to icy road conditions and rolled.
MCSO says there were six occupants, at least two did not use a seatbelt.
A child who was not restrained was ejected from the vehicle.
All but one occupant was transported to Merrick Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The child was transported to a trauma facility in Lincoln.
Neither alcohol nor drugs are suspected.
